Vision

The goal was to create a cultural event capable of merging Capri's timeless setting with the energy of contemporary music. The challenge was not only aesthetic but structural: transforming a historic venue into a stage where lighting, sound, and emotion could coexist in harmony.

Production & Coordination

As part of the production team, I oversaw the preparation of production documents and support materials, managed logistics for both technical teams and artists, and coordinated with the tour manager to align all operational aspects. The event spanned three consecutive days, requiring precise scheduling, equipment management, and on-site supervision.

Logistics & Site Management

Organizing a large-scale live event in Capri posed significant logistical challenges - from the transport and setup of heavy equipment to the coordination of staff and suppliers across limited access points. Ensuring that all materials, instruments, and technical infrastructure reached the island on time demanded careful planning and continuous communication with Magellano Concerti and local authorities.

Artist & Talent Relations

Within the Capri Young Awards program, I acted as the main point of contact for emerging artists, facilitating communication, scheduling, and backstage coordination. Supporting new talents in a high-profile environment required empathy, clarity, and adaptability - helping to build a professional yet welcoming atmosphere.
