In collaboration with Temera, we hosted an event inside Istituto Marangoni Paris, bringing together some of the most forward-thinking startups in Web3 and digital innovation. Each startup presented its vision through a dedicated pitch session, while in the audience we welcomed over 35 C-level executives from leading global luxury brands — from LVMH to Kering, Prada, Google, Moncler, Gucci, OTB, Loro Piana, Versace, and many others. The objective was simple and ambitious: create a space where emerging technologies and the luxury sector could meet, speak to each other, and initiate real partnerships. The format worked exactly as intended — an intimate, curated environment where decision-makers could evaluate solutions directly, ask questions, and explore synergies without the distance of a traditional conference.
Creating a cohesive experience that would resonate with both fashion students and tech professionals required a delicate balance. We needed to design an event that was both educational and inspirational, with content that was accessible to beginners yet valuable for industry veterans.
Additional challenges included coordinating international speakers, managing hybrid elements for remote participants, and creating networking opportunities that would foster meaningful connections.
We developed a multi-track program that included keynote presentations, interactive workshops, and networking sessions. The event was structured to allow participants to choose their own journey based on their interests and experience level.
Key elements included hands-on tech demonstrations, case study presentations from leading fashion brands, and mentorship sessions with industry experts. We also implemented a dedicated event app to facilitate networking and provide real-time updates to attendees.
The event was a resounding success, with 98% of attendees rating it as "excellent" or "very good" in post-event surveys. The partnership between Instituto Marangoni and Temera was strengthened, leading to ongoing collaborations and the establishment of a new scholarship program for students interested in fashion technology.
Follow-up surveys conducted three months after the event showed that 85% of participants had implemented learnings from the event in their work or studies, and 72% reported forming valuable professional connections that they maintained after the event.
"The collaboration with Greta's team transformed our vision into an extraordinary reality. The event not only met but exceeded our expectations, creating lasting value for our students and partners alike."
